Dispatch Team Leader (RL10387) Malton, England
Castle Employment Group are recruiting for a Dispatch Team Leader to join an established business based near Malton, North Yorkshire This is a permanent position working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and would suit someone with previous experience of leading a team in a fast paced dispatch environment
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the receipt, storage & dispatch of goods
- Undertake accurate picking of customer requirements using manual & computer systems
- Complete all required paperwork accurately
- Ensure that dispatch targets are met
- Manage the team on a daily basis
- Deliver and maintain an accurate quality service to the customers at all times
Castle Procurement are therefore looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of leading a team in a dispatch environment
- A positive and proactive approach
- Able to motivate your team
- Good attention to detail
- Fork Lift Truck training would be beneficial

- Salary £10.51ph

- Hours of work 10am-10pm on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
