My client a leading Insurance company based in North Leeds are seeking a strong Sales Executive to join their lively team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful organisation who specialise in niche insurance products.
Insurance Sales Executive duties
• Selling insurance policies via a mixture of inbound and (warm) outbound leads.
• Taking full ownership of the customer to get the right outcome.
• Managing own lead diary to convert competitive quotes.
• Providing a high level of customer service in-line with the values of the client
• To meet daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s.
• Be prepared to go that extra mile to meet and beat your numbers.
Essential:
• A friendly and professional telephone manner, and excellent customer service at all times
• At least 12 months experience working in a sales role
• To be confident and proactive, and the ability to use own initiative
• Ability to drive sales, meet KPI's and revenue targets set by the Sales Manager
• Follow up with past customers and cross selling products
• Previous experience in insurance would be advantageous
