Full UK driving license and own car is essential
Excellent opportunity to join a well-established business as a Property Assistant. This role will involve regular inspections of rental properties to ensure they are well-maintained and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
The Role:
· Conducting regular inspections of rental properties to assess their condition and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
· Documenting inspection findings and preparing detailed reports for landlords and property managers.
· Coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure any necessary repairs or maintenance work is carried out promptly.
· Providing feedback and recommendations to landlords on how to improve the condition and value of their properties.
· Ensuring that all inspections are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal requirements.
The Person:
· Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate or property management industry.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
· Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing rental properties.
· A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
· A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to various properties.
