Role…
• Deliver effective property inspections. Liaising with landlords, tenants and third parties to establish maintenance needs and manage delivery of these with a range of specialist contractors.
• Effectively progress reactive and scheduled maintenance, consult with all relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication between parties is achieved to deliver the right solution.
• Demonstrate excellent client management skills to all parts of the maintenance discipline and liaise effectively both internally and externally.
• Deliver maintenance expertise to landlords and tenants at all parts of the property life cycle.
• Effectively progress all dilapidation claims at end of tenancy arrangements.
• Remain up to date on property legislation / regulation to provide accurate advice.
Experience…
• Excellent communication skills to ensure development of strong working relationships.
• Dispute resolution and client management skills are essential.
• Maintenance and FixFlo experience preferred.
• IT literacy with MS Teams, Office and Social Media capability.
