Internal Recruiter - £25,000 + OTE (£27,000+)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Recruiter to join a thriving property company based in Manchester.
Internal Recruiter include:
• Finding and headhunting candidates through job boards and LinkedIn
• Working with internal and external stake holders to fulfil the recruitment needs
• Reviewing and updating job advertisements
• Sourcing key areas to advertise
• Uploading and placing advertisement to job boards and other portals
• Reviewing candidate CV’s and shortlisting accordingly
• Conducting short telephone interviews to short list potential candidates
• Organise interviews on behalf of the managers and collating interview feedback
• Providing feedback to the candidates
• Overall administration of the recruitment process from start to finish
• Updating the recruitment tracker
Skills and Experience required:
• Previous experience of working within a fast paced recruitment environment
• Ability to deal with high volume recruitment needs and manage a multitude of recruitment campaigns at any given time
• Excellent administration, attention to detail and organisation skills
• Be a confident communicator both verbal and written
• Manages priorities and meets deadlines
• Team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
