Salary: GBP23000 - GBP30000 per annum + Excellent benefits
Investment Property Consultant - £22,000 - £24,000 + Bonus

Locations across Yorkshire - Working remotely 4 days a week + 1 day office based in Sheffield

Investment Property Experience is essential.

My client is a vibrant Investment company with offices across the North West, have an excellent Investment Property Negotiator role available. The successful candidate will have Investment Property experience and be sales driven, hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.

Investment Property Negotiator duties:

• To be confident in the property market and acquire a thorough knowledge of the area where properties are being sold.
• To provide accurate and up-to-date information about properties to clients in order to sell properties
• To attend face to face viewings and properties across the North
• To be confident in handling and resolving difficult conversations whilst providing an exceptional service
• To build long-term relationships with clients and see through the sale of property from start to finish
• To be confident in managing and progressing relationships where a 3rd party sales agent is being used
• Administer, monitor and control the sales of property to individual clients
• To respond promptly to enquiries and requests for information by sending out information packs, returning calls and sourcing information to relay back to clients
• To always present accurate information about live properties face to face and over the phone
• To provide information in written form for the web-site and other marketing channels
• To contribute creative ideas for advertising and marketing campaigns
• To initiate and identify in agreement with the Directors any new emerging property markets and with agreement to thoroughly research and investigate these markets
