Job Title: Lettings Manager
Location: LS6, Leeds
Salary: £37,000 per annum (basic) + commission
Contract: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join a busy property team. In this role, you will oversee the full lettings process, manage the office team, and have the opportunity to generate your own lettings. This is an excellent role for someone looking to combine leadership responsibilities with hands-on property management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including:
Tenant and landlord communications
Property viewings and assessments
Tenancy negotiations and agreements
Move-in and move-out coordination
Portfolio management and compliance
Property maintenance coordination
Lead, motivate, and support the office team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
Generate new lettings independently, with the opportunity to earn commission

Commission & Benefits:

ARLA Level 3 qualification fully funded after probation, with a £2,000 salary increase on completion
Career progression opportunities into Sales after ARLA qualification and experience in lettings
28 days annual leave plus 1 additional day for your birthday, with further holiday accrual after 2 years


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
One Saturday every three weeks (day off during the week)
Additional hours may be required during busy periods

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in lettings or property management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Motivated, proactive, and driven to grow within the business
Own car required
