Lettings Negotiator – Full-Time
Salary: £26,250 – £28,000 per annum

Seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic lettings team. The role includes working 1 in 3 Saturdays on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing new rental properties
Reference checking prospective tenants
Arranging and conducting viewings and valuations
Coordinating tenancy agreements and move-ins
Ongoing property management
Organising inspections and gas safety checks
Handling move-outs and processing bond returns
Chasing rent arrears
Prospecting for new business opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in lettings
Strong knowledge of the customer service sector
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Proactive and professional approach
