About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor / Sales Negotiator to join a busy and friendly property team in LS17. This varied role combines sales progression with front-end sales support and is ideal for someone who enjoys managing a sale from initial enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Progression:
Managing agreed sales from offer stage through to completion
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage brokers
Chasing progress, resolving issues and keeping chains moving
Providing regular updates to all parties
Sales Negotiation:
Handling buyer enquiries and registering applicants
Booking and conducting property viewings
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process
About You:
Previous experience in estate agency essential
Experience in sales progression and/or sales negotiation preferred
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sales at once
Proactive, professional and customer-focused
