The Job Role

We are looking for a reliable Class 1 driver to carry out nationwide general haulage deliveries. You will be responsible for safely transporting mixed freight.

• Long-distance general haulage deliveries across the UK
• 4–5 nights out per week (tramping)
• Safe loading, securing, and unloading of goods
• Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork
• Following driving hours and transport regulations
• Maintaining a clean and tidy sleeper cab
• Providing excellent customer service at delivery points

What do you need to be a successful Class 1 Driver

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• General haulage or tramping experience preferred
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• Reliable, safe, and able to work independently
