Commercial Sales Manager 

Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

Bonus: Annual bonus based on company performance and commission (if applicable)

Pension: Group Scheme

Holidays: 25 days per annum

JOB ROLE

We’re recruiting a Commercial / Sales Manager to drive growth, build customer relationships, and expand market presence for a rapidly developing UK shipping & logistics business.

• Grow the UK customer base and secure new business
• Manage key accounts and deliver excellent customer service
• Handle sales leads, pricing, and commercial opportunities
• Lead marketing campaigns and support CRM development
• Strong sales/commercial background
• Excellent communication skills
• Results‑driven, proactive, and confident
• Knowledge of shipping/logistics (desirable)

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven background in commercial or sales environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results‑driven with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of shipping, logistics, tariff structures, and global trade routes.
• Experience in negotiation and customer relationship management.
• Time‑sensitive and project management experience.
