Your responsibilities are as follows:-
Handling the administration of organisational changes, such as restructures and T&C changes
Accurate input and updates of staff data
Manages administration of staff reward and recognition initiatives – issues spot awards, facilitates quarterly and annual awards
Organises occupational health assessments and neurodiversity assessments via HR Operations
Revises our client’s onboarding materials (welcome guide and checklist) and provides guidance to managers and management assistants
Oversees induction program and addresses onboarding queries
Issues probation letters
Sends employment offer emails, answers candidate questions, completes hiring cases, and conducts right-to-work checks
Receives and logs employee training requests
Helps with event planning – annual conference, training sessions
Provides data for HR reporting
Internal HR communication
Ad hoc HR tasks
Supports P&C Director and Senior HRBP
This role requires someone who is self-motivated, organised a good communicator, able to work in a fast paced environment and deal with change.
This role can be 37.5 hours/week. 5 day/week, based around a Hybrid working model, where you would need to work in the London office 2 or 3 days each week. Therefore, it is necessary to live within commuting distance of our client’s office.
