We are looking for a Business Development Executive for an award-winning client in the centre of York to join their continuously growing team. Some of the Business Development Executive duties will involve;
- Inbound and outbound calls to potential business customers to identify new business opportunities, building relationships and having meaningful conversations
- Establish sales opportunities and manage them through the sales funnel, closing them where appropriate
- Book appointments in for Business Development Managers in line with the sales process
- Understanding your competitors, and use of company unique selling points to promote your services rather than competitors
- Participate in customer-facing events such as trade shows and follow up any leads from these efficiently and effectively
- Accurate use of the CRM system ensuring all records are up to date
This will be working full-time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, earning a salary of £25,000 per annum. In addition to this, a performance bonus is paid quarterly up to 25% plus an excellent staff benefits package.
