Customer Support Advisor

Customer Support Advisor (RL11192) York, England

Salary: GBP8.5 - GBP9.5 per hour + plus excellent company benefits

We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a continuously growing and progressive company in the centre of York, with free on-site parking. This is a 12-month contract and is integral to providing an excellent level of customer service. 

You will be:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Completing any filing, printing, copying and scanning
  • Updating customer records
  • Providing general administration support to the team
  • Accurately processing enquiries from customers
  • Assess documents and authorise payments
  • Speaking with customers over the telephone, so a confident phone manner is essential.

Undertaking any other necessary tasks

  • Proven office administration ability within a service environment.
  • Good keyboard skills and professional letter writing skills
  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy, to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

This role is working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, earning between £16,500 - £19,500 per annum, dependant on experience. Looking to start as soon as possible. In addition to this you will receive an exceptional staff benefits package, plus access to any internal job opportunities.
