Customer Service Adviser (RL8218) York, England

Salary: GBP9 - GBP9 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser to join a progressive and positive team on a temporary basis in York. This company provides excellent opportunities for progression within a supportive environment. Accessible on public transport and by car with free on-site parking.

You will be:

  • Dealing with inbound calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Providing information, processing claims and resolving queries over various channels
  • Working with third parties to resolve more complex queries
  • Investigate complex enquiries and escalating complaints
  • Processing claims in a timely manner

You will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. Earning £9 per hour on a 3-month contract. You will receive excellent benefits and the opportunity to apply for other internal roles throughout your contract.
