Telesales Executives

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join a friendly and welcoming team, at a client based in the centre of York.

This Telesales Executive position will involve;

• Inbound and Outbound calls to both new and existing customers
• Following up ‘warm’ leads from potential customers who have requested information
• Retaining customers who would like to close their account
• Contact customers who have cancelled or stopped payments, with the hopes to retain them
• Responding to any emails with questions or queries from customers, delivering excellent customer service

This will be working Monday to Friday 8-hours a day, earning a salary of £10 per hour.

Full training is provided; therefore, this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has worked within Customer Service and would like to progress their career into a ‘warm’ Sales environment.
