We have an opportunity for Customer Support Advisor / Claims Advisor to join a continuously growing and expanding company based in the centre of York, on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Some of the responsibilities for this role are;
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by resolving any queries and authorising claims
- Demonstrate a consistent approach when making decisions relating to member financial claims liability reports, including the escalation of any areas of concern
- Act as day to day contact for operational equivalents at third party providers to resolve member queries relating to service claims
- Deliver an excellent member experience through accurate and timely processing of workloads including claims payments, member correspondence and medical referrals
- Speaking with customers through mediums of telephone, email and web
This will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, earning a salary of £19000 pro rata for a 6-month fixed term contract. In addition to this, you will receive an outstanding staff benefits package.
