Physiotherapist | Community | Permanent Opportunity

Flexible Working | $90,000–$105,000 + Super | Travel Allowance

Looking for a role that offers greater flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine difference in people's lives?

We're seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join a community-based team, providing personalised physiotherapy services to clients in the comfort of their own homes across Toowoomba and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician who enjoys building relationships, working independently and helping clients maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life.

The Role

You'll manage a varied community caseload, predominantly working with older clients in their own homes. The caseload is approximately two-thirds exercise prescription and rehabilitation, with the remaining third focused on hands-on treatment and manual therapy.

Your week will cover different areas across the Toowoomba region.

You'll have responsibility for managing your own diary and caseload, with the flexibility to structure your working hours around your preferences and client availability.

What We're Looking For

  • Confident working with older clients, particularly within a community setting.

  • Strong exercise prescription and rehabilitation skills.

  • Good hands-on treatment skills, including massage and treatment of common musculoskeletal conditions affecting the shoulders, back and neck.

  • Ability to independently manage your diary, caseload and workload.

  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously.

What's On Offer?

  • $90,000–$105,000 + super, depending on experience.

  • Additional travel allowance

  • Flexible working hours – structure your day around your preferred start and finish times.

  • Opportunity to complete administration and report writing from home.

  • Travel time built into your working week, allowing time for driving, documentation and client communication.

  • A manageable schedule, with a mix of appointments and travel.

Interested?

If you're an experienced Physiotherapist looking for a more autonomous community role with flexibility, variety and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your clients, we'd love to hear from you!
