Family Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Solicitor to join our client-focused law firm in Stafford. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established team providing high-quality legal services to individuals and families.

About the Role:
You will manage a diverse family law caseload, including divorce, financial settlements, child custody, and more. Providing expert legal guidance, you’ll support clients through challenging times with a sensitive, professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on divorce, financial settlements, child custody, and other family law matters
- Manage cases from instruction to resolution, using traditional and alternative dispute resolution
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
- Draft and review legal documents
- Maintain strong, empathetic client relationships

Requirements:

- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of family law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, client-focused approach
