Salary: £26,000 plus car allowance
Sugarman health and wellbeing are looking for a dedicated and passionate Field Care Supervisor to join our fantastic team based in Manchester.

Our Field Care Supervisors are essential in ensuring safe, person‑centred, high‑quality care by supporting both our clients and our hardworking care team.

Key Responsibilities
- Arrange initial introductory visits for new packages of care referred to our Manchester service.
- Conduct risk assessments, create risk management plans, and develop person-centred care plans.
- Attend reviews with citizens, their families, and supporting Social Workers.
- Monitor, supervise, support, and mentor our care team.
- Ensure all documentation, reports, and administrative tasks are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Work collaboratively with the Registered Manager and Quality Assurance Officer, Care Coordinators.
- Deliver personal and non-personal care to customers when required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a genuine interest in health and social care and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Bring empathy, a caring nature, drive, and ambition.
- Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
- Ideally, hold NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.
However, we welcome applicants without direct Field Care Supervisor experience.
If you have a background in care, strong organisational skills, and the ambition to grow into a supervisory role, we would still love to hear from you. Full training, mentoring, and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed.
