We are currently recruiting for multiple Registered Nurses to join a Healthcare provider in Kidderminster, working with 12 patients with physical, mental health and learning disabilities.

Due to the nature of the role and complex patients, you must have experience with PEG care, tracheostomy care, catheter care, and of course palliative/end of life care. You will also act as a Team Leader to those under you, supervising between 4 and 6 support workers and domestic staff.
With shorter shifts on offer, as well as the possibility to work days or nights, this is an opportunity not to be missed!

Key Responsibilities of Registered Nurse:
 To plan co-ordinate and implement the safe transition of new Service Users into scheme and community where necessary.
 To liaise with Service User families and relevant members of multi-disciplinary teams, community groups and voluntary bodies.
 To coordinate planning, developing and implementation of individual and group programmes of support to enhance and maximise the capabilities and independence of the Service Users.
 To support the physical, emotional and personal needs of Service Users ensuring that work within scheme is Service User focussed and upholds the principles of respect, privacy, dignity, fulfilment, independence and choice.
 To ensure that medication is held, stored and administered in accordance with Company Policy and current statutory and legislative procedure.
 To provide effective leadership, supervision and management to Support Workers.
 To organise and oversee staff duties on a daily & weekly basis and prepare rotas.
