OVERVIEW: We are a leading provider of full-service staffing and management programs for the K-12 educational market. The successful candidate is responsible for exercising a variety of strategies to recruit a high volume of talented and qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work with ESS clients in Colquitt County Schools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply proven methods to identify, attract, and facilitate the hiring of qualified and diverse education professionals.
- Attend and recruit at local community and university career fairs, traveling up to 50% of the time within Colquitt County paid for by company.
- Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions.
- Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers.
- Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
- Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
- Complete special projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of one year experience in recruitment or similar field. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Experienced and confident speaking in groups and meeting new people.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Professional attitude, appearance, and demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm but also varies based on needs of the business.
- Office + visiting schools within assigned area.
