Environmental Consultant (19 October 2021) Qatar
Job responsibility:
- Allocating adequate and skilled personnel to complete the scope of work;
- The contractor’s personnel will mobilize to company’s office for entire duration of the project.
- Comprehensively Understanding about the overall company’s operations;
- Adapting the scope of work to the context, scope, size and location of company’s field development plan and project;
- establishing a program of activities,
- The contractor’s personnel shall adhere to the company HSE requirements and duly observe his own safety and his colleague’s safety during the execution of the scope of work.
- The contractor and its personnel shall be compliant to all company policies and regulations, and Qatar laws at all times.
- The contractor is responsible for providing medical fitness report
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At Minimum, Bachelor Or master’s degree In environmental sciences Or Engineering, Natural Sciences Or Related Discipline
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience in an environment team in an Oil & Gas company or for projects (preferably marine, offshore, oil and gas or other similar industry)
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of local environmental legislation
- Experience in environmental mitigation and monitoring for offshore operations
- Good Understanding of International Environmental Best Practices And Standards, Mitigation Hierarchy
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Project Management Skills
- Strong REPORT WRITING AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS
