Drive Growth, Build Relationships & Lead Sales Success
Labourpower is seeking an experienced and motivated BDM Manager in Victoria to drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships across the state.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and executing sales strategies that support the continued growth and profitability of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across Victoria, including leveraging your own professional network where relevant
- Drive full 360° sales activity including sales pipeline creation, prospecting, RFP/tender processes, negotiation, and ongoing account servicing
- Deliver against revenue and KPI targets, including management of sales budgets and profitability outcomes
- Work closely with branch and operational teams to ensure accurate fulfilment of client requirements
- Utilise CRM systems to track activity, KPI’s and manage the sales pipeline
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years previous experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (labour hire experience highly preferred but not essential
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience managing full 360° sales cycles in a client-facing environment
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Professional presentation and strong personal integrity
