What you'll be doing

You'll take full ownership of recruitment delivery across a blue-collar client portfolio — logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing:

• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for high-volume blue-collar roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job briefing through to placement
• Build and maintain a strong candidate talent pool
• Advertise roles across relevant job boards and platforms
• Handle payroll and job-related queries promptly and professionally
• Conduct site visits and toolbox sessions with clients

What you'll bring

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Strong background in blue-collar or high-volume industrial recruitment (highly regarded)
• Proactive, energetic approach with excellent communication skills
• Exceptional time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
