Reporting to the Marketing Head ANZ, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pharmaceutical or Medical Brand Manager. In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering and implementing focused brand activities.

Working cross-functionally with a highly talented marketing team you will have specific clinical brand management responsibilities implementing marketing tactics and supporting the commercial sales team across various customer channels, specifically within the Hospital and Aged Care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate marketer who enjoys visibility within an organisation and targetted market. You will thrive on developing strong relationships internally and with Clinical KOLs and advisory panels to better understand clinical needs and access market competition and positioning, in order to develop strategies to compete effectively.


Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical end-to-end product management
  • Marketing experience within a clinical setting across Hospital and Aged Care hospital channels
  • Ability to link long-range visions and strategies to short-term activity
  • As product expert, present experience in developing clinical support and training materials
  • Digital Marketing and CRM-Tools knowledge / application, well regarded
  • Well-developed analytical skills, including the ability to analyse complex clinical data
  • Strong internal collaboration to identify/implement marketing strategies and programs/tactics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication and presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; strong personal initiative and ability to problem-solve
  • Tertiary Degree in Science, Healthcare or Marketing
