Our client is a leading sales and marketing expert based in the West Midlands. They are looking for a number of candidates to join their team to assist in generating new businesses for their clients. The roles are office-based however the client is flexible with remote working for the right candidates.

The candidates they require must be able to speak one of the following languages fluenty:
- German
- Dutch
- Swedish
- Danish
- Russian
- Polish
- Czech
The Customer Service Advisor role involves:
- Answering any questions customers may have
- Conducting market research
- Data entry
- Booking and managing appointments
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
The successful candidate must:
- Be confident communicating over the phone
- Have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Access
- Be able to use their own initiative
