Contract Administrator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine annual client billing rates and allocations to support accurate contracts, billing, and financial planning.
- Develop, prepare, and distribute annual contracts to partner schools, incorporating comprehensive cost analyses and supporting documentation.
- Oversee the contract lifecycle by tracking, managing, and ensuring the timely return of executed agreements.
- Collaborate with school leadership to revise contract amounts as needed throughout the academic year, ensuring financial data reflects current service needs.
- Issue and manage revised contracts to maintain alignment with updated staffing and budgetary requirements.
- Monitor district fund allocation to ensure sufficient budgetary provisions are in place for contracted services.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with school district budgeting cycles, funding sources (e.g., state and federal education funds), and academic year planning.
- Experience with financial or ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, or school-specific systems like PowerSchool).
- CRM or contract management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, PandaDoc).
