What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Recruiter Superpowers)

• Lead Generator: Proactively identify and cultivate new candidate leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and digital sourcing strategies.
• Pipeline Builder: Build, nurture, and maintain a warm pipeline of potential candidates by consistently following up, re‑engaging, and keeping them excited about future opportunities.
• Value-Driven Communicator: Use persuasive communication and value‑driven messaging to “sell” the benefits of working with ESS Clinical and help candidates envision their fit within our mission.
• First Impressions Matter: Conduct engaging interviews to uncover the best fits for our   school partners.
• Team Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and craft sourcing strategies that deliver.
• Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of the curve with insights into industry trends and competitor moves.
• Data Dynamo: Keep our ATS and sourcing tools squeaky clean and up-to-date.
• Relationship Builder: Cultivate long‑term relationships with candidates, creating repeat engagement and referrals to continuously expand your talent pool.

 What You Bring to the Table

• A high school diploma or GED (bonus points for recruiting experience in education).
• Strong online talent‑search abilities, including Boolean searches, social media, and digital networks.
• Sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus, especially in lead generation, outbound calling, or relationship‑building (not required).
• Ability to manage high‑volume tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging personality and the ability to build meaningful connections.
• Solid computer literacy paired with attention to detail and a get‑things‑done attitude.
• A competitive, goal‑driven mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and build a long‑term career.
