What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Recruiter Superpowers)
- Lead Generator: Proactively identify and cultivate new candidate leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and digital sourcing strategies.

Pipeline Builder: Build, nurture, and maintain a warm pipeline of potential candidates by consistently following up, re‑engaging, and keeping them excited about future opportunities.

Value-Driven Communicator: Use persuasive communication and value‑driven messaging to “sell” the benefits of working with ESS Clinical and help candidates envision their fit within our mission.
- First Impressions Matter: Conduct engaging interviews to uncover the best fits for our school partners.
- Team Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and craft sourcing strategies that deliver.
- Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of the curve with insights into industry trends and competitor moves.
- Data Dynamo: Keep our ATS and sourcing tools squeaky clean and up-to-date.

Relationship Builder: Cultivate long‑term relationships with candidates, creating repeat engagement and referrals to continuously expand your talent pool.
What You Bring to the Table
- A high school diploma or GED (bonus points for recruiting experience in education).
- Strong online talent‑search abilities, including Boolean searches, social media, and digital networks.
- Sales or customer‑facing experience is a plus, especially in lead generation, outbound calling, or relationship‑building (not required).
- Ability to manage high‑volume tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a warm, engaging personality and the ability to build meaningful connections.
- Solid computer literacy paired with attention to detail and a get‑things‑done attitude.
