What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Recruiter Superpowers)

  •  Talent Scout Extraordinaire: Use your sourcing wizardry to find top-tier therapists,   educators, and specialists across digital platforms.
  •  Conversation Starter: Reach out with personalized messages that make candidates feel   seen, heard, and excited to join our mission.
  •  Pipeline Builder: Juggle multiple sourcing projects like a pro, keeping hiring managers in   the loop and pipelines flowing.
  •  First Impressions Matter: Conduct engaging interviews to uncover the best fits for our   school partners.
  • Team Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and craft sourcing strategies that deliver.
  • Trend Tracker: Stay ahead of the curve with insights into industry trends and competitor moves.
  • Data Dynamo: Keep our ATS and sourcing tools squeaky clean and up-to-date.

 

 What You Bring to the Table

    • A high school diploma or GED (bonus points if you have recruiting experience in education!).
    • Strong online talent‑search abilities, such as Boolean searches, social media, and digital networks are your comfort zone.
    • A multitasker who thrives under pressure and consistently meets deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills paired with a warm, engaging personality.
    • A detail‑oriented, organized mindset with a get‑things‑done attitude.
    • The ability to hold meaningful, engaging conversations with ease.
    • Solid computer literacy.
    • A competitive spirit and the drive to succeed.
    • A desire to learn and grow into a long‑term career.
    • Ability to work in the office Monday–Thursday with remote work on Fridays.
