Human Resources Administrator

OVERVIEW: The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing general human resources support including but not limited to employee records management, preparing HR reports and assisting in data analysis as requested, responding to HR inquiries from employees, and supporting HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and update employee records in the HR database while ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee files.
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
- Assist with compliance activities related to labor laws and regulations.
- Respond to HR inquiries from employees and ESS team members.
- Collaborate with the HR team to improve HR processes and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned by manager.
- Regular in-person attendance is required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree or other 2-year degree.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel.
- High attention to detail and maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
