Clinical Sales Director

 

OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Clinical Sales Director to lead strategic growth efforts in the K-12 education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of high performance, a deep understanding of the unique staffing and clinical service needs of schools, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key education decision-makers.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our clinical services footprint in K–12 schools.
  • Engage with superintendents, special education directors, and school administrators to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored clinical solutions.
  • Use your knowledge of school systems, special education, and funding structures to position our services as essential solutions.
  • Deliver compelling, client-focused presentations that clearly communicate value and drive decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
  • Attend key education and healthcare conferences to network and promote our services.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience with strong revenue results
  • K–12 industry experience
  • Knowledge of school budgets and funding structures
  • Strong client relationship skills in clinical or educational settings
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Willing to travel frequently across multiple states
