Clinical Sales Director
OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Clinical Sales Director to lead strategic growth efforts in the K-12 education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of high performance, a deep understanding of the unique staffing and clinical service needs of schools, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key education decision-makers. Multi-state travel is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our clinical services presence in K–12 schools.
- Build and maintain relationships with superintendents, special education directors, and school administrators.
- Leverage expertise in school systems, special education, and funding mechanisms to position our services as essential solutions.
- Deliver persuasive, client-focused presentations that clearly articulate value and drive decision-making.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at key education and healthcare conferences to promote services and expand networks.
- Multi-state travel is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
- Experience in the K–12 education sector, particularly in special education or clinical services.
- Strong understanding of school funding structures and budget cycles.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Willingness to travel frequently across multiple states.
