Overview: As a Recruiter with ESS Clinical, you will play a key role in sourcing and attracting top talent for school-based therapy and special education positions nationwide. This role primarily focuses on building strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach across multiple platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with service directors to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Your goal is to ensure a consistent flow of highly qualified professionals who support student success in K-12 schools.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research using advanced sourcing techniques and online platforms to identify qualified talent and engage them through personalized outreach.
- Manage multiple sourcing projects independently to build strong candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates for skills, experience, and culture fit.
- Coordinate onboarding and facilitate orientation sessions to support smooth transitions for new hires.
- Partner with Regional Managers to define hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Keep candidate data accurate and current in the ATS and sourcing tools.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, or Business administration preferred.
- Proven experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, ideally within an education setting.
- Skilled in online sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, and advanced internet tools.
- Strong ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective at building relationships and engaging candidates.
- Experienced in screening resumes and conducting candidate assessments.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
