Scrum Master required for very exciting company based in Marylebone, who are looking for an experienced Scrum Master working on Agile projects within a Microsoft environment. You will be the driving force understanding organising, driving, and tracking the development effort. You will work closely with the Senior BA, Head of Development and CTO. You will plan, coordinate and manage the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the delivery teams in the use of Agile/Scrum development concepts
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with development teams, BA’s and CTOs
- To facilitate good team-work both inside and outside the team, to include customer engagement, prioritisation of product requirements, their capture and definition
- Help the team reflect on their decisions and results, to find improvements and help implement them
- Daily management of Jira and Confluence
- Ability to manage product backlog, create user stories, perform daily stand-ups and sprint planning
Desired Key Skills
- Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing Agile teams
- Experience performing UAT
- Strong Technical background and familiar with IT-terminology
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven experience of building strong working relationships and working successfully in cross functional teams
- Certified Scrum Master
- Thorough understanding of Scrum/Kanban delivery methods
- A positive, passionate and pro-active approach!

My client is offering a salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum for this position of depending on your experience
