Business Analyst/ Stakeholder Management / Process Mapping / Agile / Azure /Gap Analysis
Senior Business Analyst required for a well established organisation who are looking for an individual who can support the Head of Development and work within the latest technologies. You will be responsible for managing the scope, development and requirements and ensuring Dev teams have clear briefs to work towards. You will also have strong process mapping ability, along with analytical skills and be able to quickly gain an overview of the existing architecture already in place and understand how they integrate while still looking for potential efficiency updates that can be applied.

Key Responsibilities
- Elicit requirements and decompose complex problems into coherent visions, epics and user stories for the development team to understand and deliver.
- Develop “trusted advisor” relationship with senior stakeholders through effective communication and efficient, quality execution on projects
- Work closely with Developers to ensure that user stories have excellent acceptance criteria
- Provide business analysis and gather business requirements, Gap analysis and Root cause analysis
- Ability to understand and analyse business processes and workflows with the objective of providing detailed business process flow diagrams and data models
- Identifying risks, dependencies and opportunities as well as process improvements and work actively to remove waste from processes.
- Tracking tasks, user stories and issues in Jira
- Producing excellent detailed focused documentation

- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, presentation and production of documentation appropriate to an audience
- Jira experience suitable
- Experience of working successfully with development teams to deliver bespoke software
My client is offering a salary range of £55,000 – £65,000 per annum for this position of depending on your experience
