Dynamics Systems Specialist – Chelmsford

Dynamics System Specialist required for a client based in Chelmsford to provide on going support and maintenance to their on-going Microsoft Dynamics systems. You will be the ‘go-to’ for Dynamics so will need to understand business application management systems and be able to support Dynamics CRM and the on-going projects/upgrades. This is a hands-on role rather than a functional consultancy position and will require you to translate business requirements into the best possible solution. The system is brand new to the company so this is a really exciting time to join!
Key Skills and Experience required,
- Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365
- Experience with user support and training
- Configuration and customisation of the core D365 environment
- Strong communication skills - ability to champion the new system and promote its use to make it fit for purpose
- Evaluate and track change requests using defined change management processes
- Support ongoing Dynamics projects, participation in technical discussions with both internal and external stakeholders working closely with the PMO and technology functions
