This brand is within Professional services and advisory consultancy. They are after a Head of Sales/ Sales Director to manage the sales function and bring in New Business.
LOCATION: LONDON – WFH Until Further Notice. £70k-£80k OTE Double.
This brand is a consultancy on Change Management, Process Improvement, Shared Services and Financial Transformation.
Do you have experience within Automation? Consulting? Business process outsourcing?
Have you managed a Sales Function, implemented Sales strategies as well as wining New Business?
We are looking for a New Business hunter who has had experience in dealing with large ticket sales as well as selling to C-suite decision makers.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for bringing in new business and carry an individual revenue target. Driving new account wins and new revenue
Define a compelling proposition and vision for each sales opportunity
Collaborate with the CEO and COO to define sales strategy, targets and objectives, ensuring that internally we have the right resources and capabilities to succeed.
Lead in the development of the sales plan. Preparing forecasts and KPI reporting for the COO for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic
planning.
Evangelise the product and personally help close largest deals.
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships at C-Suite level
Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Lead sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Lead sales effort with marketing programmes
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the products, services and
relationships with partners to increase selling opportunities
Continuously improve through feedback
