An exciting opportunity has come around for a forward-thinking organisation in London who are professional, smaller & have a real personal touch with their clients.
This brand is within Professional services and advisory consultancy. They are after a Head of Sales/ Sales Director to manage the sales function and bring in New Business.
LOCATION: LONDON – WFH Until Further Notice. £70k-£80k OTE Double.

This brand is a consultancy on Change Management, Process Improvement, Shared Services and Financial Transformation.

Do you have experience within Automation? Consulting? Business process outsourcing?
Have you managed a Sales Function, implemented Sales strategies as well as wining New Business?

We are looking for a New Business hunter who has had experience in dealing with large ticket sales as well as selling to C-suite decision makers.

Key responsibilities

 Responsible for bringing in new business and carry an individual revenue target. Driving new account wins and new revenue

 Define a compelling proposition and vision for each sales opportunity

 Collaborate with the CEO and COO to define sales strategy, targets and objectives, ensuring that internally we have the right resources and capabilities to succeed.

 Lead in the development of the sales plan. Preparing forecasts and KPI reporting for the COO for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic
planning.

 Evangelise the product and personally help close largest deals.

 Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.

 Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.

 Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers

 Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships at C-Suite level

 Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

 Lead sales effort with team members and other departments

 Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests,competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

 Lead sales effort with marketing programmes

 Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

 Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the products, services and
relationships with partners to increase selling opportunities

 Continuously improve through feedback
