Salary: GBP35000 - GBP40000 per annum + 2k Bonus
An exciting Digital, Event and Print Media brand who have been around for years are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive/Junior Marketing Manager to join their team in North London.The offices are walking distance from a North London Station.

You will be reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing and managing a Team of 2 Marketing Executives. £35k-£40k with a £2k Bonus paid Quarterly.

You MUST come from a MEDIA background, whether that be PRINT, DIGITAL, ADVERTISING OR SUBSCRIPTION Media.
The focus for this successful and exciting Media brand is to work with their clients in the FMCG market & create marketing solutions for the brand and their clients.

What will you be doing & what do we want?

•We are looking for a ‘do-er’, this isn’t a head of marketing role (but in the future, this may become available)
•You MUST have some form of Media experience.
•You will be managing two Executives and be responsible for Print, Digital and Subscriptions.
•A good knowledge of copy-writing would be highly advantageous too (This is a MUST)
•You must be flexible and used to hitting deadlines & KPI’s
•Deliver marketing campaigns that support all product streams, increasing engagement levels with their retailer audience, and customers.
•Work with the Head of Design in ensuring design consistency across marketing campaigns.
•Lead and develop the marketing executives.
•Work with the Head of Engagement to create marketing campaigns that support portfolio of products and increase retailer engagement
•Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to deliver marketing campaigns that raise awareness of products, and support the commercial team in hitting their sales targets
•Create strategic collateral in collaboration with the editorial and events teams
•Mine insights and turn them into stories that present and its portfolio of brands as category leaders
•Monitor and optimise campaigns based on performance, keeping in mind desired objectives and hitting campaign KPIs
•Produce leading sales collateral.
•Manage expectations internally and externally regarding schedules/timelines, resources and budgets.
•Ensure that campaigns launch on time and deliver what was agreed
•Support the director of sales and marketing and help to deliver the marketing strategy.
•Out of hours mingling with customers is expected.
•Other duties will be assigned.
