In a world where Marketing solutions and innovative digital solutions is at the forefront of business growth, we have a rare and exciting opportunity as the Group Operations Manager that has become available with an immediate start. £38k-£45k – Location: Northwood/Pinner/Harrow.
This brand is a London-based digital agency and is one of the UK's leading app development agencies and Website Design brand.

We are also looking for someone who has worked in a Digital Marketing/Media Capacity with an agency background.
As a group Operations Manager, you'll oversee the production/project process, coordinating all production activities and operations. You will ensure that the production, project and process will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budgets with both clients and staff. You will monitor the processes and adjust schedules as needed and you will need to liaise with the directors and coordinate activity between clients, suppliers, design and development teams.
You will help with HR and Recruitment, you will be the office Manager, a Project Manager – you will be managing a team of 7 and reporting into the CEO. You will be the number 2 of the directors and act as the go to with clients, your team and operational issues.
This is a very important role for the business, you will literally be helping to run the business, so responsibility is less for the 2 Directors.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•c5+ years of management experience in an entrepreneurial business environment
•Can-do attitude - open to challenges and keen to find new ways of doing things - effectively and efficiently, e.g. improved processes and systems
•Experience of managing web-based communications systems and tools
•Experience in web design/marketing/web production environment an advantage
•Skilled communicator
•Ambitious, organized and fun
