IT Helpdesk Analyst – O365 / MS Teams Support (NPAF-Helpdesk) Manchester, England

Salary: GBP15 - GBP16.77 per hour
IT Helpdesk Analyst – Multiple roles

My financial services client based in Manchester requires several IT Helpdesk Analysts to join them on a temporary contract until the end of the year. These roles are paying £16.77/hour (via umbrella) including holiday.

Responsibilities:

The analyst is responsible for ensuring all assigned tasks are performed both accurately and timely whilst adhering to all procedures and controls, and thus minimizing risks and potential losses to the organisation. Other responsibilities include:

· Assist users who contact the Service Desk via Web Channel, Phone and Chat
· Troubleshoot the user’s issues and resolve where possible
· Appropriately log and document incidents using ServiceNOW
· Complete all related administrative duties
· Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and Processes
· Adhere to individual schedule set by Resource Planning

Skills and Experience:

· Previous experience of working in a Service Centre environment
· Previous experience of working with and troubleshooting M365 and TEAMS
· Previous experience in a customer facing role
· Previous experience of working with ServiceNOW or any other incident logging system
· Attention to detail
· Communication skills
