Sourcing / Contracts Manager - French
Prestigious North West based client requires an accomplished Sourcing / Contracts Manager to support with sourcing projects as part of a recent merger. The Sourcing Manager must understand the whole tendering process from issuing RFP/RFI through to contract negotiation.
This role will be a 12 month contract. Flexibility given the current climate to work remotely and longer term plan is 2/3 days working from home.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Italian/Spanish and Russian may also be considered.
Essential
• Extensive experience spent within a Senior Sourcing role - Indirect categories •
• Understanding of the intricacies involved in merger re-organisation
• Ariba experience (understanding the tech side of Ariba or equivalent)
• Previous experience of working across EMEA regions, a benefit
• Tendering and issuing of RFP/RFI through to contracting
• Fluency in English and French. Italian/Spanish/Russian also considered
• Contract negotiation
• Focus on long term cost savings
• Previous experience of spend visibility and category profiling
• Legal (liaising with global teams) experience, a benefit
