Business Analyst for EMIR Controls & Governance
My financial services client in Manchester requires an experienced Business Analyst to join on a 6 months contract.
Background to Role:
The EMIR and EMIR Refit programme is responsible to completing a front to back review of the bank’s current EMIR framework, along with delivering uplift for changes under EMIR Refit. The role will be responsible for consulting with stakeholders of all levels of the organisation to analyse, define, and prioritize the control and governance workstream, whilst working alongside the existing programme workstreams. Formulates and defines scope and objectives for the work stream with thorough understanding of business processes in a specific business domain. The candidate must have detailed knowledge of regulatory controls and governance, and must be able to demonstrate having embedded full regulatory control frameworks (delivering target operating models, defining and building management information in the form of KRI’s/KPI’s, creation of Service Level Agreements/Service Level Descriptions etc.) Knowledge of the EMIR and EMIR Refit regulation is essential.
