IAM Project Manager – SailPoint Integration

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager (PM) to join our team. The successful candidate will possess subject matter expertise in related IAM (Identity Access Management), align with best practices and are integrated seamlessly with SailPoint's Identity Now platform. They will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of projects related to the testing and implementation of complex IAM solutions, RBAC functions and integration of SailPoint platform. The Technical PM will also be required to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to communicate technically complex information to business stakeholders effectively.

This is initially a 6 months contract (outside IR35) paying up to £575/day. The role will mostly be remote, with travel to the London office required once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for large-scale and mission critical Identity and Access Management workstream.
• Planning, and delivery of IAM SailPoint Platform Integration.
• Collaborate closely with client suppliers to ensure smooth project execution, adhering to the processes used by our clients.
• Communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring their understanding and buy-in.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, including planning, risk and issue management, reporting, and governance.
• Manage project budgets and provide input on budget management across the portfolio.
• Navigate CIO design governance and CIO change processes to ensure project alignment and compliance with organisational standards.

Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with proven track record in delivering IAM related Projects.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure and experience delivering SailPoint integration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to a diverse audience effectively.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, risk and issue management, reporting, governance, and budget management.
• Familiarity with CIO design governance and CIO change processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
