Pay Rates

• £12.76 per hour
• Holiday pay accrued separately in addition to hourly pay
• Equivalent to £14.30 per hour including accrued holiday pay

Warehouse Operative Role

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative working within a busy automotive distribution environment in Avonmouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable Warehouse Operative seeking ongoing work with a well-established employer offering long-term prospects and potential permanent opportunities for hardworking and consistent operatives.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the daily warehouse operation whilst ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and dispatched.

Your Duties as a Warehouse Operative

• Picking automotive parts using handheld scanners
• Accurately selecting products against customer orders
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Putting stock away into designated warehouse locations
• Supporting warehouse running and stock movement activities
• Maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity
• Working to daily operational targets
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Shift Pattern

• Monday to Friday
• 08:30am until 06:00pm
• Total break entitlement of 30 minutes per shift
• Flexibility to work additional paid hours when required by the business
• Immediate starts available

The Successful Warehouse Operative Will Require

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous
• Ability to work within a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail
• Strong reliability and timekeeping
• Ability to work towards productivity targets
• A positive and hardworking attitude
• Steel toe-capped safety boots
• High visibility vest
• Plain dark workwear suitable for warehouse duties
