The Front of House Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for leading the front-line team and contributing to the overall success of the venue.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Experience:**
- Ensure an entertaining and exciting experience for both customers and employees.
- Interact with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service, aligning with the venue's commitment to excellence.

2. **Team Training and Leadership:**
- Train new and existing members on all aspects of the site, including safety protocols and customer interaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the front-line team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

3. **Administration:**
- Manage administrative tasks such as stock control and rotas to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve and exceed profitability targets.

4. **Safety and Compliance:**
- Oversee adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to guarantee a secure environment for customers and staff.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and events.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Familiarity with front-of-house operations, preferably in the entertainment or leisure industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
