My client is an established Nationwide Retailer looking for an experienced Store Manager in East Sheen. You must have run your own Store and have a keen passion to motivate and lead a team to achieve set goals and targets. You must understand what exceptional customer service looks like and able to build effective relationships with colleagues, customers, management and support functions.
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for;
• Leading a team
• Meeting or exceeding own store sales and KPI targets.
• Responding to all customer inquiries and works with other departments to deliver a timely
Resolution.
• Rota scheduling, succession planning and training.
• Responsible for recruiting and ensure that new recruits receive effective on boarding.
• Understanding what exceptional customer service looks like.
• Recommends and executes special events to drive sales.
• Continuously develops knowledge of competitors activity and local market conditions.
• Visual Merchandising
• Maintains excellent housekeeping standards.
• Conducting regular staff meetings to discuss performance, results, processes, product updates and policy changes.
• Regular communication with senior management.
• Payroll.
• Operations.
