- Provide strategic decision support to the CEO and offer guidance for business unit delivery:
- Prepare briefings for the CEO on business matters relevant to the CEO's agenda to ensure informed strategic decisions.
- Act as a liaison, along with the Chief of Staff, to communicate the CEO's directives to business units across group companies.
- Ensure project follow-through and update the CEO on business status.
- Lead special projects assigned by the CEO that are unique or confidential.
- Generate new business ideas and validate CEO initiatives.
- Conduct proactive strategy reviews across various business aspects, validating assumptions and updating on evolving scenarios.
- Assist the CEO in navigating board of director's responsibilities.
- Ensure smooth CEO meetings and visits with accurate strategic guidance.
- Keep the Chief of Staff informed of project developments and updates on group companies, including regular meetings and updates with group entities.
- Continuously seek process optimisation and improvements in operational methods.
