Salary: GBP28000 - GBP28000 per annum

Ashley Kate are supporting our client in central Grantham as they seek to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to join them during a busy period.

This is an ideal role for an experienced HR professional seeking a short term role on an ongoing basis! This role will be site based 5 days a week.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Assisting with collating and inputting the monthly payroll for employees
  • Administer Monthly pension contributions
  • Prepare draft contracts, variation letters and commission side letters.
  • Carry out & provide standard employee references.
  • Minute taking for meetings.
  • Maintaining the Payroll/HRIS.
  • Setting up electronic staff files.
  • Preparing salary letters.
  • Preparing offer letters/ replies to resignation.
  • Preparing end of probation letters.
  • Appraisals and 121 admin.
  • Supporting HR Advisor as and when required on HR HR tasks
  • HR Admin for onboarding offboarding
  • Administer staff absences and the attendance management process
  • Health & Safety admin.
  • Any ad hoc admin tasks
  • First line of advice/point of contact for employee within the business
  • Overseeing the HR Shared Inbox
