Ashley Kate HR & Finance are excited to be partnering with our very well established client in the Derbyshire area as they embark on their next 2 year plan to grow the business further. This is a unique opportunity to make this role your own in an environment of autonomy, joining them at a time for exciting plans to shape and grow the business. The role is Hybrid, with 3 days a week required in Matlock, and 2 days from home. £45000-50000 DOE.
About the Role
Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, Acting as the contact for the Operational Managers in the business, proactively supporting the delivery of HR Processes. Providing comprehensive advice on Employee Relations matters, managing high volumes and complex cases. Development of policies/process. Support the delivery of the wider HR Strategy from a HR Operations perspective. Advising, mentoring and supporting Operational Managers with the full employee lifecycle, addressing skills gaps and areas of improvement across performance, absence, engagement. Lead in recruitment and onboarding with a focus on early careers. Working alongside the wider team and HR BP in supporting HR projects and rolling out of HR initiatives.
About you
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you will be a strong hands on HR Operations Partner with vast experience in stakeholder relationship management. You will have experience working within a unionised environment across a blue collar workforce. You will be highly experienced in all operational areas in particular employee relations. CIPD qualified or working towards with strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation.
