We're seeking a motivated Customer Service Trainee to join our friendly team! In this hands-on role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and learning the ins and outs of water and wastewater service support.

About the role:
This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. As a Customer Service Trainee, you'll:

• Help customers with queries and processing account information
• Assist with visitor coordination and phone communications
• Participate in team discussions and learning on the job
• Update customer records in our billing systems
• Gain experience in general admin and customer service tasks
